Rain, Rain and More Rain!

The big storm last Tuesday, that knocked out electricity for days in Fort Worth, and the storm on Wednesday brought about 3.25 to 4 inches (depending on where you were) on top of Lake Bridgeport. As of Friday 6/4/04, the lake was officially at 823.12 feet. Conservation level is 836 feet. Then last night it rained for hours bringing another 4 inches by daybreak. That means that in one week we’ve had somewhere between 7.25 to 8 inches! Much of the rain fell in the watershed and the lake is rising quickly.
